When Exploring Organizational Change, Don’t Reference Your Hospital’s “Culture”

Our folks at MedStream really like this Becker's Hospital Review article  in which administrators are encouraged to pursue "adaptive change", as opposed to a seeking new organizational "culture".  "Culture" is too vague, hence reconstructing it on an institutional scale could be near impossible.  "Adaptive change" is a more proactive and strategic term that lends itself to a clear list of goals.  Our leadership follows this strategy in the roll-out of new service agreements.  We work together with our new partners to define objectives and drive performance improvement to achieve the desired change.  Through this approach, everyone can participate in the process of adaptive change and share in the ultimate success.  Click here to find out how we can share success with your team.
