David Webb serves as Chief Administrative Officer at MedStream, where he oversees all ongoing operations and procedures as well as new business development initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration, David brings a unique ability to work strategically with hospital executives and physicians.

Prior to joining MedStream, David served as CEO of an Orthopedic Practice in Longview, Texas where he orchestrated tremendous growth and collaboration between the practice and local health systems to improve quality of care and patient satisfaction. David began his career in healthcare in the US Air Force where he spent 21 years in various hospital leadership positions before retiring in 2011.
